Super expensive and you can hope for an exceptional flight experience until...

Bad Points
Terrible food, you are utterly disappointed.
Flight delayed 2 hours (and late - from 8 to 10PM) and no compensation - asked for access to Swiss lounge: "sorry, no." A delay with British Air recently they gave me a coupon for dinner...just some small gesture would be in order. Had I been late and needed to rebook, they would have charged me insane fees...when it's at their convenience...nothing.

General Comments
Have flown Swiss a few times - in my experience high priced and mediocre airline. At least with budget airlines like Easyjet you get what you pay for and expect. I'll never willingly fly Swiss again..
