Good Points

Nice to be able to check my balances online as my nearest branch is 4 miles away.


General Comments

I transferred funds into my daughter's HSBC account, yesterday, from my Yorkshire Bank savings account and she still has not received them. Phoned up help line and was told it takes 3 days. Where does it say anything about this in the banking info? Get your act together Yorkshire Bank! Would have paid cash into her branch if I had known about this ridiculous delay.
Why can't we have instant statements online, showing all transactions? So simple and money saving as online customers could print their own statements.
