Good Points
The flexiblity, customer service.

Bad Points
At first trying to understand the account but once it clicks its great.

General Comments
How can you say the customer service is rubish the staff there are alway polite and helpfull and try there best to help you I've been with Virgin for 5 years and always been happy with them! Yes the interest rate is a pain but ay I've still saved money, the bank of england is only a guide line it isn't a tracker people read your T&C if your brain works you can make the account work for you and save a bomb I have!
