Good Points

Looks good used to make lots of steam.


Bad Points

A very disappointing product that was either a faulty one or it needs some serious improvements in design.


General Comments

On my Tefal 2940 random bursts of water are emitted in any direction besides its steam output, could scald the unwary or passer by. Do not let children anywhere near it.
Now stopped making steam, its not a year old am trying to sort this out with Tefal.
