Good Points
Gets rid of moss and green algae, but I find it's best to apply on a dry day and leave for 24 hours before the green begins to fade and the mossdies. Since Thompsons stopped producing their 60 Second Patio Cleaner, I've tried many different products without much success until this new Thompson product came along.

Takes time to work

General Comments
Thompsons Fungicidal Patio and Paving Cleaner is not as 'instant' as Thompsons 60 Second Patio Cleaner (which they've stopped making) but it still does a good job on algae and moss. I have large areas of slabs, bricks and drive - my favoured method is to kill algae/moss with this patio cleaner first and then use a pressure washer to remove deep seated dirt and grime.
