Good Points

Genuine Instructors, the two chaps who I saw.


Bad Points

I felt as though once they had my money, they seemed to get a little course on the phone, not genuinely helpful, just getting by on the minimum customer service.
(47% first time pass rate) informed as of November 2008, could be for the year though?


General Comments

Instructors are Genuine, I think Sterling LGV Training has a Recruitment Agency feel to it, and doesn't seem to genuinely care as such, but I had no real problems with them. I passed my class 2 with the 'King of the Road' package. You DO have to pass the National CPC to proceed to the Class 1. The National CPC is hard from what I can make out, and 4 exams only per year, the exam fees are £100 I think. I have a 430 page book and some PDF's sent from Sterling as a guide.
