Good Points

No good points except the inital promise of a cheap car which so far hasn't materialised.


Bad Points

Everything else.


General Comments

I ordered a car in October and was promised it was in stock, and could be picked up within 7 days. I paid in full within 2 days of ordering it. Then the excuses started, wrong spec car had been delivered etc. They almost never call you. I was in a desperate position for a car which they must be fully aware of, but finally had no option but to cancel the order. They would not return my money before 30 days, leaving me unable to purchase another. Given the current finanical climate it was extremely worrying as to whether the money would be returned.
