None whatsoever.


Bad Points

Everything. Pay a little more if you have to and go elsewhere.


General Comments

I had a small claim for a lost mobile, which was little more than I paid for the policy. I had to send in important documents to support my claim. This took a ridiculous 4 months of correspondence to get them to accept my claim. After eventually paying, I have been requesting the return of my important ORIGINAL documents for the past 3 months, I have yet to receive them!
