General Comments
I used mmt to book a reservation for Dec. 08. I am suppose to travel next week to Kerala. Found out a month ago that the return flight that I am suppose to travel from Kerala to KWI cancelled. No one from MMT called me about this as far as I am aware. I found this out by calling the airline. Then I contacted MMT to find out what went wrong. That's where the real problems begin for me.
Since the last whole month I am spending at least two hours on the phone with these guys trying to get me an alternative flight from Kochi to KWI. I get the same answer every time "We are working on it and We'll get back to you in 24 hrs... Till now no one has called me back it seems, so I end up calling them every night. I don't even get any sleep at night trying to get this thing fixed. I do not recommend Makemytrip.com. Once they received my money I felt on my own... I am not sure what's going to happen to my trip. Tried calling the airlines directly. They are saying that MMT purchased this as a bulk on a discounted fare and the will not be able to do anything about it.
