Good Points

Planes. Food. Inflight entertainment


Bad Points

Staff attitude, resourcefulness, manners, communication, empathy (lack of it). Lack of understanding of customers.


General Comments

My experience of Emirates when things go slightly wrong was very negative and then being totally abandoned at Bangkok when they made no attempt whatsoever to communicate with the 50 or so passengers in the transit area despite us calling their Bangkok office and the head office in Dubai. Staff completely failed to understand any order that existed in the chaos or how to work through it. Hopelessly inadequate for the task in hand.
