General Comments

I have been a HSBC customer since I first set up a bank account at 17. They have done nothing to make my banking experience a nice 1. They recently phoned me on a daily basis chasing me for money over my overdraft despite the fact that I told them that I was going through a separation from my partner and needed some time to sort my account out. Now that I ' ve sorted my account out and was starting to pay off my overdraft they have just charged me an arrangement fee that has made all the money I put towards my overdraft worthless. I have just started a new account with Nat West who have already found me a better life and home insurance deal and offered to beat my mortgage deal. HSBC hasn ' t even bothered finding out how much I'm paying or given me any advice and when I need to phone them I get batted around different call centers like a ball in a football match.
