Good Points

Some interesting items and reasonable prices on some products although a lot of these are from discontinued stock
and some have to be ordered when bought.


General Comments

I experienced disappointing customer service from Maplin Electronics through emails which, if I received one, was usually about a week late.
Also an expensive customer 0870 phone number which kept me hanging on which I think is cheeky if you have not received a delivery or have faulty goods, to have to pay for them to sell to you.
In fact if I had not had to make a claim through Paypal it may never have happened as I expect most people give up on them.

I have received no apologies or anything as yet for the poor service.
I would never use them again no matter what.
