Good Points

a lot of choices for some good things you may want, or need.


Bad Points

their 800 number does not seem to work when I try it, they have been slow to answer my emails, on a scale of i to 10, i give them a 5.


General Comments

i ordered a product from Hobbytron, the product was received o.k. i took one look at the product, it was not what i thought it was. i called hobbytron, and got a return authorization no. i sent the unit back to them with a tracking no. i know the unit got back to them o.k. this has been quite some time ago, but i have not received a refund yet. i emailed them, the response was tell us the order no.- well i don't have the order no, i sent all the paper work back to them as directed.-- i will now set up a dispute with my credit card company.--end.
