Have a tom tom 710 everything is fine until it freezes on you and you dont have an A to Z and you have no phone no and dont know where you are.
General Comments
Try another brand with a better customer care. Trying to deal with the Tom Tom website and customer services is the worst experience I have ever had with any other product in my entire life and I am not young! Mine also got sent away and came back with exactly the same fault as it had had in the beginning, I had to start the whole process again. Tomorrow I am going to buy another make which is why I happened upon this website in the first place.
