Good Points

They finally did resolve the issue.


Bad Points

It took requesting a supervisor (had to demand, actually, the first time) to get resolution. Time spent on hold was ridiculous in my opinion. They kept parroting back one statement I feel, which did not address my problem and they seemed very reluctant to do anything to solve the problem as far as I am concerned.


General Comments

When we signed up, we added the sports package, which included a free NFL ticket (channel) as a promotion. We were not informed as far as I am aware that it would automatically be renewed the next year and that we we be billed $46 per month for it. After noticing that our bill was higher than norm (paperless billing, had just been making the payment without questioning it), I checked the billing online and saw the NFL ticket. My husband is a college sports fan, doesn't care much about the pros, so this was not something we wanted and we certainly never authorized it. It was a nightmare to get them to take the ticket off and refund what they'd already charged us. Finally they did, but then in two months the charges started appearing again. Another extremely long wait on the phone with CS telling me that "under no circumstances can we change the billing for that NFL ticket". After getting a supervisor, it was finally cleared up but I'm really irritated at having to spend my time on the phone arguing with them.
