General Comments
Have been without a phone line (no dial tone) and Broadband for 40 days before finally after 16 phone calls they sent a engineer i originally requested. The fault was not of my making nor my responsibility as the problem existed outside of my home which when i called i was told if the fault is found inside your home you will have to pay £140!!!!!
Ive had some really poor customer service experiences in the past but this is up there with one of worst. Comminication between departments of Talktalk seems to be non-existent.
What ever you do if you can afford a slightly more expensive ISP then please for your own sake please do not use Talktalk.
