A really excellent cleaner when it works - just look after the cable or you will end up paying the equivalent of 203 vacuum cleaners!
Bad Points
The electric cable is weak and came off within 3 months. Surprisingly Sebo do not cover this under the warranty and will charge £50 just to look at it or £25 if you drop it off at their office. Given you are paying way above the prce of a normal vac, this is simply not acceptable.
General Comments
As a vacuum cleaner, the Sebo X4 is a great machine. It seems to pick up dirt with one pass and automatically adjusts the head to suit the surface meaning it can be used on both carpet and tiled floors. It is bagged cleaner rather than bagless but is defintely better than Dyson DC01 I used to have which was a pain to empty and never seemed that powerful.. All of the accessories are to hand and can be quickly deployed and then slotted back into the machine. I wouldn't buy a Sebo again!
