Good Points

Wonderful food combinations and a combination of cultures to provide food which is not easy to fine elsewhere.

Bad Points

Many ingerdients are hard to find outside London - a point which many cookery writers ignore.
Some recipes are not quite complete - she does not explain the procedures well enough.

General Comments

This is an inspirational cookery book and several of the recipes have become firm family favourites.
I think there are short cuts and her approach is sometimes far too complicated. Often the same or similar results can be obtained more simply, but as a source of ideas for combining flavours, it is a real winner.
