Good Points

I tried this diet and it works, I lost 6pounds in the first 3 days but It wasnt untill the next week where I started to notice it in my body. I could feel that I was thinner around the lower section of my body. IT WILL NOT WORK IF YOU GO BACK TO EATING UNHEALTHY. It is to help you change your lifestyle and requires commitment.. if you cant handle that, then yes, you will not succeed.


Bad Points

For people who generally eat alot during the day, this is going to be pretty hard for you. Just drink lots of tea, it helps. It's very easy to slip off the diet, thats why so many complain.


General Comments

I suggest cutting off what you eat at 8pm. Do not eat later than that. Not only does it show your dedication to lose weight, but its a healthy method and stops you from binge eating at night. (my biggest problem)
