This tree is horrible & thats only half of it. Their "800" number says it has changed and they give you and new one that says this number can not be reached from your calling area. Their email came back that it was invalid. I had it up one week and a row of lights went out a week later another row. I tried everything to get it to work. I wonder when the next row will go. I think it is sad that Sears got themselves involved with this manufacturer. I guess I have to eat this $260 purchase. I had it up one week and a row of lights went out a week later another row.
