Ease of use, excellent internet and many other great features.
Bad Points
You can not forward SMS, can not send or receive MMS. Another really annoing feature of the what little SMS functionality it does provide is that SMS appears on the screen even if the phone is password protected allowing anyone sitting in the vicinity of the phone to read the message. It gives you no privacy. Can you imagine receiving a message from your girl friend whilst you are in the presence of your wife!
General Comments
If you live in a country where SMS functionality is important to you, ie most of the world excluding USA, then this phone is definitely not for you as you will end up not being able to communicate with most of your friends. Whilst the phone has many great features, they are of no value if the phone will not do the basics.
I have used the phone for 6 weeks and wish I had never bought it.
