General Comments

The fridge from John Lewis was damaged on receipt and after MANY phone calls by us the best they could offer was that a service engineer would call at some time between 9 and 5 on a weekday meaning we would have to take time off at our expense with no guarantee that the problem would be fixed and no fridge!

I am disappointed in this shop that used to have a GREAT reputation. As well as the above, it took over 30 mins for us to be served and the shop did not look in any way busy. I resorted to getting a chair from the furniture department as it was either that or sitting on the fridge!!
