+ Website crashed on confirming booking.
+ No booking reference given.
+ No booking confirmation email received.
+ 2 lots of payment charged to my credit card!
+ Customer service number has always been busy, never answered!
General Comments
I will never use Live Nation to book tickets again. Their customer service is non-existent. They refer you to TicketMaster for any ticket queries, Ticket Master have no records of your booking so they refer you to the LiveNation number you can never get through to.
Stay clear of LiveNation, they are completely useless!

1 Night Theatre Breaks
I completely agree. Along with NO customer service/support, they have false advertising. I received an email stating "no fee wednesday, artists including nickleback", so I clicked on nickelback link, went to website, tried to purchase 4 seats & it wanted to charge $14 in fees. I called customer service & they say this artist is not participating in this promotion @ this location. WHAT? It was advertised in the email!!! I will never use this website & will drive to the venue to purchase before using this site.
