Good Points
The man who dealt with our booking was very good.

Bad Points
Lack of communication. Lack of knowledge of the Hotels, Transport etc.

General Comments
It seemed very easy to book via Jetline however we phoned to book in the evening but the lines were busy so we left our number for contact, they rang us the next morning, by which time the cost of the holiday had gone up.
The Hotel we went to, The Annabella Hotel in Incecum, Turkey, was a disaster. The hotel was mainly Russian/German and we were not made aware of this fact. We have nothing against other nationalities, it's just that we found it difficult to find anyone who spoke English even in the hotel.
The food at the hotel was fine if you are a vegetarian but if not, don't go. There was a choice of one hot dish per meal, the nearest we got to actual meat was miniscule boiled chicken (?) legs in a clear liquid, we can't say how they tasted, we didn't risk it.
There is only an inside bar during meals otherwise it was an open air bar at the beach. It got chilly in the evenings and forget comfort, the only chairs were plastic patio chairs.
We booked our transfers through Jetline, with Hotels4U, On our arrival they didn't pick us up so we had to pay £70-00 to get to our hotel via taxi.
We booked our flights through Jetline with Scot Travel. At the last minute our flight was changed. We had to fly from Newcastle and then, wait for it, return to Glasgow, what fun.
It cost £140.00 to hire a car to get us home and then the following day we had to drive to Newcastle, where we had left our car, to return the hire car and pick up our own car. No we couldn't have use public Transport because A, I am disabled and B, we live in South West Scotland and do not have a very good transport network.
We have put our complaints to Jetline and a claim for the cost of the Taxi and the Hire Car, as we were told by Jetline that we would receive compensation. Thus far we have received a letter from Hotels4U who claim no responsibility at all and offer no recompense. It does not look good, we arrived back from our holiday in Turkey on the 10th of October so I guess we have just had to learn a hard and costly lesson.
Would we book through Jetline Travel again, NOT ON YOUR LIFE! It's back to package holidays for us.
