Good Points

The software worked fine for my recovery efforts.


Bad Points

Pricing and terms were always changing, no support in my experience.


General Comments

This company is no longer responding to support requests, but continues to charge subscription fees for subscriptions I had. They were also advertising options & services in Sept '08 that you could not purchase. Emails get returned as no such mailbox.
