3 for 2 offers - two of the three items were substitutes as they were out of stock. Customer Service did not seem helpful to me.


General Comments

I ordered 3 identical items of their website in the 3 for 2 offer. Of the three items that I received only one was what I ordered. The other two products were slightly more expensive items from the same range, according to their website, but in my opinion don't actually reflect as much value for money as what I'd originally ordered.

They'd already disallowed my discount code (watch out for codes on the net, their Terms and Conditions allow them to claim the money off your card at a later date). Rang customer services and they're now out of stock of my original order. I have the choice of sending everything back, hassle I could do without, or just accepting what they've delivered. I won't be going near them again! I'm being generous with the score of one for a quick delivery!!
