Good Points

Spa was clean tidy and relaxing


Bad Points

Exclusive accommodation which had thread bare carpet. All 3 bedrooms smelt heavily of damp (it was engrained in the curtains. The pool area is in desperate need of a revamp, felt uncomfortable walking around in bare feet).


General Comments

We booked a 3 bed exclusive as a hen weekend. we where expressly told that hen parties were not allowed, however all being over 30 and not out for major drunken antics we weren't going to make a song and dance and just wanted a quiet weekend away. Imagine our surprise when on our second night, whilst enjoying a quiet dinner in the Hucks dinner 2 massive hen parties arrived, one of which were in fancy dress etc. Double standards???
Very poorly lit on the walk back to our lodge, unable to park car on day of arrival outside lodge due to waterloged bog of a bay.
No information (map/directions/useful info/etc) given on arrival.
Guide in lodge had been written over and had 5 pages missing.
I would never go back, over priced and not maintained.
