Friendly service whilst booking


General Comments

1) Your Bash picked us up late as forgot bottle of bubbly and had to go and buy some.
2) Limousine company booked by them asked our party if we know how to get to our destinations (both hotel and restaurant).
3) Late for restaurant due to this which meant that we had to wait to find out if we were still able to get in and then the meal was rushed through as others were going to using our table.
4) Were not on the vip guest list for the night club and had to pay extra to get in.
5) Were advised that the package deal hotel was only a 15 minute drive from Leicester Square, when in fact it was over 35 minutes which cost loads in a london cab.

Your Bash have written back to my letter (some three months later) stating that under no circumstances will they take responsibility and to compensate they will offer a 100 pounds voucher for when we use them on another occasion.

Well you are probably thinking what I am right now.....do they expect me to get divorced and re-marry? And also, even if this did happen, would I really want to use them again?
