Good Points

Both flights fine - not exceptional, but perfectly satisfactory.


Bad Points

Check in at Zurich awful! One has to queue to enter check-in only to be FORCED by an obnoxious member of ground staff to use their self service check in machines. One therefore queues three times 1) to get to check in 2) to use the self service machines 3) to drop off hold baggage.


General Comments

Forcing people to use self service check in machines - just shows absolute contempt for their customers. If the customers' experience of these self service machines was good, Swiss Air would not need to force people to use them.
This completely spoils what would otherwise have been two perfectly satisfactory flights.
