Good Points

Good selection of tools, especially the turbo brush used for pet hairs,
Also quite light weight


Bad Points

CONSTANTLY TIPPING / FALLING OVER
Hose too short


General Comments

If you value your furniture or interior decor..DO NOT BUY this Hoover DM4494.

I have only had this maching one week, and I am buying an alternative
