Good Points

I got it to be able to top and tail edit, which it does well. It was very reliable.


Bad Points

It was only very reliable for 18 months. Then it stopped being able to dub. Panasonic sent me a CD with firmware upgrade but this made no difference.
While it can split clips it cannot join them.


General Comments

I will not by Panasonic again. Of course there are other unreliable products/manufacturers but if £250 is not enough for the manufacturers to make a reliable product, then make a proper product and charge more. One reason people are prepared to buy a dearer product is that they assume it is going to be reliable.
