Good Points

O% Intro rate.


Bad Points

As soon as this is over they tried to increase my APR to 34.9%! They agreed to drop this back to 15.9 when I queried this. 6 months later another letter appears saying it is going back up! Another phone call needed I think!


General Comments

There method of operation seems to be let customers build up a balance at a reasonable APR then once it's high increase the APR to 35% Smacks of dirty tricks to me. They are fools because I will tell as many people as I can and close the account ASAP!
