Staff are very pleasant and apologetic.
Bad Points
I ported my number OK. Now getting stupid delays of 48 hours everytime I want to change anything like 5 fav numbers.
Customer service costs 20p to call.
Complaints unanswered.
General Comments
I will be asking for my PAC code very soon. I really cannot recommend this service.
