General Comments
The Scented Candle Shop sent me candles that didn't light, re-ordered the goods again incase it was a one off and the same thing happened again. Cost me over £10 in returns. I was not impressed by the comments that they made saying there was nothing wrong with the candles and they lit fine, this made me mad. Refused to give a refund as they said there was nothing wrong with them. As Im sure you can imagine this made me mad.
