Good Points

Bought the Kensington Breast Feeding Chair.

Price was the lowest from a reputable internet site and the website was easy to navigate with a huge range of items available and I would have purchased other items had I found the website sooner.

General Comments

When I purchased the chair, I failed to note the expected time of delivery but I wrote an e-mail and received an immediate response with an accurate delivery date.

The product arrived the following day, as stated. Well packaged and excellent customer service.

I am currently 35 weeks pregnant and we have ordered severely items for baby from other websites, including items from the Baby Show in Earls Court which were ordered in October which have still not arrived, so we was absolutely delighted with the honest and accurate response we received, considering I have been told from a number of well known sites, it has been lost in the mail or it is still in transit from the manufacturer.
