Ordered a new dog bed, which hasn't appeared and its been two months now. I havent managed to get thourhg on the phone, nor have a received any responses to my emails. I haven't given a date - oh but the moneys been taken!

I agree with this review because...I ordered two bird feeders on 3rd december, have received one today, 22nd december, no sign of second one and I have received no response to my emails. I paid for both feeders when i ordered them, sent e mail asking for refund but got no response. Their website is encouraging people to order up to 22nd for delivery in time for christmas! They obviously have a sense of humour! Would warn potential customers to shop elsewhere.
