General Comments

I have been waiting for my photo order from SnapFish for more than 2 weeks now and my account information still lists the expected delivery date as 11 days ago! I have been in contact with customer services and got a very impersonal reply saying 'we are sorry if we have disappointed you in some way'.... ERR DUH! they have had a 'technical problem' and that they are 'working night and day to fix the problem'. I then wrote back to ask if they can tell me when I can expect the order. To be honest, I would probably rather cancel and order them somewhere else. I then got a reply to say they can't help. It's not the cheapest website for printing photos but it is easy to use and promise a quick delivery - don't be fooled - in my case they could not keep to it.
