I would strongly advise people to have nothing to do with Setanta Sports as in my opinion it should not be allowed to trade in the manner that it is. Having paid by debit card it seems to think that it has the right to take money out of you account at will then makes up the policy for payments to suit. One person told me it was one month in advance another two months and even when I cancelled they continued to take money. There is no customer service department, once you key in the customer service department into your telephone it cuts you off. My advice save yourself alot of grief and have nothing to do with them. I am still waiting for my money back but am not hopeful!
