General Comments

Avoid this phone Too Many, keys split, sound has vanished three times, camera doesn't zoom in my experience... no torch (which earlier Sony Erricson model had), two other people I know had same trouble. Personally really disappointed in everything, therefore I do not recommend Sony Ericsson W580i.
