Good Points

Friendly obliging staff; excellent selection of gowns; sale items a real bargain and reasonably priced


Bad Points

None really - interior could do with a little updating perhaps, a little more flexibility on available fitting times such as weekends would be good.


General Comments

My daughter chose a dress from the sale rack - fell in love with it straight away, there was a very good choice and reasonably priced. The first fitting was around 6 weeks before the wedding. Fittings are only done during the week and there is no late night opening, my daughter teaches at school and was unable to get time off during the week, yet the staff were very obliging and agreed to a Sunday fitting to accommodate us. It wasn't mentioned to us at the time of buying the dress, that there would be an extra charge, payable cash, for alterations. In view of this, the shop agreed to steam clean the dress free of charge once finished. On the whole I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Bride Be Lovely to anyone, my daughter went on recommendation and wasn't disappointed. You really must look through the sale items, there are some real bargains from Tiara's to bride and bridesmaid dresses to be found.
