I hve purchased items before which I liked even my engagement ring.

Customer service can be very unhelpful when I would expect that they would want my business when we are in a recession!

I recently bought some items of jewellery from TJC, some that were returned were because I was rushed into hospital for 10 days so the next available time I posted them off including some other things that were in time. They were only out of date by 6 days I have to point out. 10 days later I have receied the parcel back, stating that they are unwilling to refund as my parcel was too late. Despite ringing to explain my situation, the customer services were totally unsypathetic to my reason and were adamant about not refunding. I have been a good customer of theirs, well I think I am, spending over a £1000 this year alone and have never been late with any of my other items, but now they have lost me because I will never shop with them again. So be warned, if you are ill and have to go to hospital, make sure you have posted any unwanted items before you get in the ambulance!
