Bad Points
Not yet had a reply to emails asking for help it seems; debiting money from my account although I cancelled as far as I am concerned.
General Comments
Being a non-techy, I inquired about how to install the service and had further questions about what the product actually would do for me. I have not yet received an answer - just 50Euros taken from my account. I am not happy with this service and do not recommend safer surf.
