Bad Points

Poor customer care. The company can only be contacted by email and fax as far as I can tell. This would not have been a problem if my emails had been read and actioned but 2 were actually deleted without being opened!


General Comments

I ordered my product on 13th October with the site displaying a 2-3 week delivery. It only arrived today on the 27th November. I can appreciate that there can be delays BUT keeping customers informed is an essential part of customer service especially during the current economic down turn.
