Disappointing customer service.


General Comments

Took delivery of a pair of binoculars from Scopes N Skies which I found unsatisfactory. Was told to return them and the return postage would be paid by ScopesnSkies. I returned them 1st class recorded and my initial outlay was refunded minus 10% handling.

I have tried to contact them by email and phone to reclaim the postage and handling, but I did not receive any reply to my emails and when I phoned, I get a nice lady saying that she'll get someone to phone me back....heard nothing for 2 weeks.

I cannot believe they have treated me like this, worst internet service I have dealt with.
