Nothing good to write about ticketmaster at all.

A truly stressful experience from start to finish, Ticketmaster were very quick to take my money but not upholding their end of the deal at all.

I phoned everyday for five days leading up to the event as we had not recieved tickets, had paid extra for tickets to be delivered when we enquired as to their whereabouts we were told we could collect them from the box office on the night but the card holder had to be there, as the tickets were meant as a gift this was not what we had bargained for at all. (We all had to freeze waiting at the box office). What should have been a memorable night was ruined just because ticketmaster could not do what they were paid to do. A horrible experience.
