The VZ navigator feature is better than both the AT&T iPhone navigation and also Sprints. The touch screen feature is nice and so is the layout of the options.
The Storm does not work with Verizon's wireless sync, the only way to push e-mail is through an enterprise server, which mean's it's best for corporate e-mails instead of personal. Verizon and Blackberry technical support is terrible and the software does not work with Mac and it did not work out of the box with any of my PCs. There was a patch available online, but not easy to find on Blackberry's site. Internet browser at times does not work with full html and e-mails are not all complete.
Overall, the iPhone is better. It's a good phone, but could have been better. I'm now an AT&T customer with an iPhone.
