Prompt pickup upon arrival. Upon our return, despite following Diamond's instructions about calling when landing, and when we were passing through customs, still had to wait for over 45 minutes for the car to be returned. Phoned several times whilst waiting to be told they were on the way, driver was just arriving at the airport, just left now.
Had also paid for the car to be valeted whilst I was away, which was not done, and am still waiting for a refund. Next time I'll pay for long term parking, it will be a lot more convenient than
