Good Points
Looks nice, plays well.
Bad Points
Mouthpiece (see below), easily damaged because of gig bag.
General Comments
I bought the Tristar 4 valve Euphonium for 350 American dollars about 6 months ago. This horn is a good horn for beginners. It is a fair intermediate horn except the mouthpiece that comes with it is not a very good quality. When I bought a different mouthpiece (50$), it sounded much better. This Euph is not the best one in the world but is good for high school students and schools that are short on funds. It is a good quality for the money spent. The other down-side is the gig bag it comes with. It doesn't protect the instrument very well. I recommend this Euphonium to starters and also a anyone playing at a high school level (intermediate).
