Taking over 2 months to process a claim

Claim dealt with by several people
Even the solicitor thinks they're a joke.


General Comments

Took out an insurance policy via moneysupermarket.com with flexicover, which is underwritten by Europ Assistance.
Without going into too much detail, my partner and I made a claim for around £4,000 following return home due to my father being taken critically ill. We sent in our claim form & exhaustive supporting documentation, 3 requests for information later (letters all written poorly, sometimes referring to the ill party incorrectly as my girlfriend's father etc.), and we were nowhere further. You would think the company would start to take some action.
