General Comments
I ordered an initial pendant with chain. I waited over 21 days (they did not tell me that the items were coming from Israel) and received only the pendant NOT the chain I had also paid for. A call to them found me talking to an answering machine. I also emailed them and am waiting for a response.



I experienced a poor customer service response. Items are shipped from Israel where I presume they must buy very cheaply. Wait to receive product was over 21 days.
